SHIFT:
- Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 10:45 pm.
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Position Summary: Candidates will undergo comprehensive training across multiple sectors. Upon assignment, team leaders will designate employees to specific areas based on operational requirements. Employees will not have the option to choose their preferred department assignment.
Outbound Operations:
- Engage in physical tasks that involve frequent lifting of packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Construct pallets and shrink-wrap items moving along the conveyor system.
- Utilize a manual pallet jack for material transportation.
- Manage multiple production lines, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting volume targets.
- Strategically stack boxes in trailers to optimize space.
- Maintain high standards of organization and efficiency in the trailer area.
Value Added Services (VAS):
- Unpack and process items from the conveyor, conducting quality control checks and tagging returned merchandise.
- Prepare footwear for sale by removing packaging, tagging, and boxing according to specific guidelines.
- Work diligently to achieve daily processing targets for pairs of shoes.
- Ensure accurate sorting and recycling of materials.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus on quality and productivity.
Shipping Operations:
- Manually unload and load packages, using a manual pallet jack for item transport.
- Engage in lifting, bending, and loading tasks throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure precise scanning and organization of shipments.
Beauty Product Packing:
- Operate in a designated area, performing repetitive tasks such as matching packing slips to products and packaging items.
- Utilize assigned workstations to ensure proper labeling, boxing, and sealing of customer orders.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Engage in specialized tasks like gift wrapping and decorating for specific orders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet daily production goals.
- Experience with manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
