Bartender Position

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Altitude Hospitality Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • TIPS certification required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
