Restoration Specialist

NW Employment Solutions is partnering with a local restoration company in Tualatin, Oregon, to add Mitigation Technicians to their team.

• Adhere to the company's H.E.A.R.T. values
• Understand and follow safety protocols in the department
• Assist with inspections to establish the scope of work
• Execute water, fire mitigation, mold remediation, and contents services
• Carry out tasks delegated by the Mitigation Crew Lead and/or Mitigation Demo Lead
• Report job details to the applicable Project Manager and/or File Manager
• Complete project documentation for efficient estimating and invoicing
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1+ Year of Experience in Mitigation (Preferred)
• IICRC Certifications (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Novice Handling of Soft Skills
• Proficiency in Industry Technologies (e.g., MICA)
• Ability to Routinely Lift 50+ lbs.
• Mandatory Shift in Weekly Rotating On-Call Schedule
