Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to execution, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Safety and Health: Ensure that the safety and health project plans are put into practice, and that all workers are following safety protocols.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of work meets the company's standards, and that all projects are completed to the highest level of quality.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a construction foreman/leadman.
  • Skills: Heavy Equipment Operator experience, CAD experience, excellent interpersonal communication skills, management skills, and the ability to work with and manage a large team of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
