Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including preparing reports, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist with tenant correspondence, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lease Administration
    • Review and abstract new tenant lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Input lease information into our accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
    • Process accounts payable, including coding invoices, ensuring timely payment, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Manage accounts receivable, including depositing tenant rent payments, generating monthly statements, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including expense distribution reports, audit trail reports, and variance reports.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to the Property Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as commercial real estate or business administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with property management software, such as MRI or Yardi, is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
