Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Ability to work a 36-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
