Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our database development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases using SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop databases using SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Python.
  • Integrate databases with Java applications and automate tasks with Python.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in SQL and PL/SQL, with proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization, and PL/SQL for creating stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Expertise in Java, with deep understanding of Java programming concepts, object-oriented programming, and JDBC for database connectivity.
  • Proficiency in Python, with knowledge of Python scripting for automation, data analysis, and integration with Oracle databases.
  • Oracle database administration, with familiarity with database administration tasks, including backup and recovery, user management, and performance tuning.
  • Oracle tools and utilities, with experience with tools like SQL Developer, Toad, or SQL*Plus for database development and management.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues.
  • Communication and collaboration, with effective communication skills to work with teams and understand business requirements.
  • Continuous learning, with willingness to stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Java, with deep understanding of Java programming concepts, object-oriented programming, and JDBC for database connectivity.
