About the Job

As an Operations Advisor, you'll implement franchisee store startup programs, including pre-setup, technical setup, and operational assessments.

You'll visit assigned locations on an as-needed basis, conduct store visits, and submit required paperwork within company guidelines.

You'll train and reinforce franchisees and store employees to comply with our franchise model and system.

You'll also instruct franchisees and store employees on software packages and the safe operation of production equipment.

A key responsibility will be consulting with franchisees to ascertain and define needs or problem areas and determining the scope of investigation required to obtain solutions.

Additionally, you'll attend Regional Meetings, advise the Support and Launch Department on issues identified through communication with franchisees, and follow up with franchisees on behalf of the Support Department.

Estimated salary: $55-60K.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from College or Technical school

OR 2-4 years of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies
  • MS Office, graphic design software, point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software a plus
  • Eligible driver's license and valid automobile insurance is required
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to travel 75%-90% and maintain a credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses
