Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Sparks Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, sourcing vendors, and ensuring efficient purchase order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize stock levels to balance customer satisfaction and costs.
  • Identify and select suppliers for maximum inventory ROI.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure accurate ERP system data for procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement procurement enhancements.
  • Provide accounting assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 ERP system, especially in purchase orders, assembly orders, warehouse receipts, inventory management, planning worksheets, demand forecasting, and planning parameters.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated to accuracy and continuous improvement.
