POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Retail Operations Supervisor will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the retail establishment. This role will employ critical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and management expertise to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The Retail Operations Supervisor will manage staff and ensure the store operates smoothly and effectively. In this position, you will develop your leadership capabilities and build a career in retail while positively impacting the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and motivate staff, program participants, donors, and customers to meet production and quality objectives, fulfill sales goals, and ensure the efficient operation of the retail location.
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures to maintain a positive internal and external appearance in retail operations.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, management, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Compensation Range: $18.08-$19.16/hour

Retention Incentive: $500 after 60 days of employment.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Travel Requirements: Local travel may be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 1 year of management experience is required.
  • Internal Candidates will be considered with - High school diploma or equivalent AND at least 6 months of experience in the Goodwill Team Leader role.
