- Duration: 13 weeks
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens
Job Requirements:
- Pay: $105 per hour
- Coverage: ASAP to 3 months with a high likelihood of extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Call: No call
- Type of Patients/Cases: Outpatient Internal Medicine, including cold/flu, diabetes management, and chronic conditions
- Patients per Shift: 3 scheduled patients per hour, with 2 blocks scheduled for mentor spots
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Dedicated LVNs and MAs
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 90 days
Requirements:
- Active Unrestricted CA License and Furnishing License
- Active BLS Certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
