POSITION SUMMARY
The role of a Cultivation Technician at Flow Distribution involves collaborating closely with the Grow Team Manager and Supervisor to execute daily responsibilities associated with plant cultivation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to reliability and attendance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures established by the organization and Grow Team leadership.
- Perform tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Support various plant care activities, including pruning, watering, and harvesting.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in cultivation spaces.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive training in Post Harvest techniques.
- Participate in facility maintenance and pest control efforts.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with team members while adhering to regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid state identification and reliable means of transportation.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in the Cannabis sector is preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Proficient in computer usage and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibit teamwork and maintain a positive demeanor.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Exposure to diverse environmental factors such as heat, humidity, and allergens.
JOB SCOPE
Operate under the guidance of the Grow Team Supervisor while fostering professional relationships across departments.
