MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is presenting a distinctive opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician to become part of a thriving practice at a cutting-edge healthcare facility.
- Approximately 1,400 deliveries annually, with pediatric hospitalists overseeing the newborn nursery.
- Coverage for an 8-bed pediatric unit and emergency department consultations.
- Educational opportunities for medical students and family medicine residents.
- No responsibilities for delivery attendance or NICU coverage.
- Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a week-on/week-off schedule.
- Support from pediatric-trained specialists in speech, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as lactation consultants.
- In-house neonatology consultations and access to pediatric sub-specialties at a nearby tertiary center.
- Options for both full-time and part-time positions.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics.
- Preferred experience in the field.
Benefits and Compensation

Compensation Range: $180,000 to $215,000 based on experience, with bonus potential. *Part-time salary pro-rated from full-time.
