Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class A CDL Driver to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering building materials to customer sites in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A CDL vehicle to transport and deliver building materials to customer sites
  • Load and unload materials from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and safe delivery
  • Verify order details and maintain delivery logs, including mileage and locations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, performing routine safety checks and inspections
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL license and a minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds frequently, and up to 200 pounds with assistance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
