Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. As a Licensed Therapist, you will work with clients to provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care for clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Thriveworks team through active participation in team meetings and other initiatives
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
