Trial Attorney

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, and a strong understanding of civil procedure and trial strategy. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, superior oral advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to manage a caseload with time-sensitive work.

We are based in Southfield, MI and enjoy an active and busy insurance defense practice. We provide a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation
• Develop and implement trial strategies to achieve successful outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in civil procedure and trial strategy
