About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team at Reliant - Majestic Care Demming Park. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient function and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and research to provide the most effective and efficient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and improve overall care.

Requirements:

  • Current Indiana license and certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least two years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient setting.
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
  • Two current clinical references.
  • Physical and TB records.
  • Current Tdap/Flu vaccinations and titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records.
  • Ability to pass background and urine drug screening.
