Job Title: Material CoordinatorAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis with benefits. This role involves working Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solution-oriented approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Parts/Materials Staging for both the Projects and Service Departments.
  • Processing purchase orders (POs) for the Service Department, including parts sourcing, cost evaluation, and material availability assessment.
  • Managing Factory Repair Orders, which includes packaging and shipping defective items back to the manufacturer.
  • Handling parts/materials invoices within our Software Program, encompassing monthly credit card reconciliation for the purchasing department.

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
