Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time position working with K-12 students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication difficulties and support students' academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions that promote students' language development and academic achievement.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide therapy services to students in individual or group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
