Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including catheter ablations and pacemaker implantations.
  • Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, including cardiac catheters and pacemakers.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including documenting procedure details and patient information.
  • Collaborate with the electrophysiology team to ensure smooth and efficient procedure execution.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest electrophysiology techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS or RCES.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the electrophysiology team.
Work Environment

This is a temporary assignment with a Level II Trauma Center, including an Operating Room, Interventional Radiology, Emergency Department, and Inpatient units. The facility has 571 total staffed beds across both campuses.
