Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at LifeStance Health, Inc. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in psychiatric care

- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Wisconsin
- Board certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP-BC)
- 1+ years of experience in outpatient psychiatric care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
