About the Role

The City of Pueblo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Court Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, accurately entering citations and court records, and scheduling court dates and pretrial hearings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enter all citations and court records accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with municipal court regulations.
  • Schedule court dates and pretrial hearings, ensuring timely and efficient processing of cases.
  • Perform in-court clerk duties, including maintaining court records and providing support to judges and court staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate degree or higher.
  • At least one year of recent clerical experience in a high-paced environment, with a focus on detailed records management.
  • A valid driver's license, with a valid Colorado driver's license obtained within 30 days of employment.
