Neutron Recovery ProgramThe Neutron Recovery Program is a critical component of our Neutron launch vehicle, designed to ensure the safe and efficient recovery of our spacecraft. As an Electrical Engineer II - Neutron Recovery, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems for the recovery assets, working closely with our Ground Systems, GNC, Software, Avionics, Mechanical Systems, and Propulsion teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical equipment for recovery assets, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other Neutron Recovery program components.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to optimize recovery program designs and hardware, ensuring successful flight and recovery operations.
- Collaborate with the Neutron Recovery program team to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, naval, marine, systems, or aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience designing, building, operating, or maintaining complex marine or electrical hardware.
- Experience leading a team through a challenging technical project or program.
