As a key member of our nursing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
