Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of working in accounting/finance capacity at an engineering/construction firm or in public accounting, preferably at a Big 4 firm, with clients in the Engineering and Construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong accounting technical background and understanding of GAAP, proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software's.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to motivate and influence all levels of management, and experience in mentoring and developing finance teams.
