Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job Description:
This Speech Language Pathologist role will involve providing home-based skilled speech therapy care to patients as directed by attending physicians. Key responsibilities include developing individualized ST plans of care, guiding patients in therapeutic activities, observing and recording patient reactions, and educating patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
Requirements:
- Current license as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
