About the Role

Targeted Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Junior Account Executive/Salesperson. This position will focus on growing our customer portfolio in the West Coast of the United States.

The Opportunity

This role requires fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese and would be ideal for an entry-level sales person, perhaps coming from a Retail or Customer-Service background. As a remote opportunity, you will need to have a U.S Drivers License and your own vehicle to travel to meet customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor/customer relationships in assigned region
  • Hit defined KPI's for Annual Revenue by selling to new and existing customers
  • Coordinate marketing programs and provide distributor sales team training
  • Monitor market trends and collect market data
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities
  • Identify business opportunities, expand sales networks, and provide customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role (ideally a Sales-focused role)
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus (but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to achieve
  • Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
  • U.S Driving License and vehicle

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, a 40-hour workweek with occasional evening/weekend work, and up to 50% travel time. Legally able to work in the USA and able to travel to Canada are also requirements of this role.
