We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Specialist to join our team at Great American Insurance Group. As a key member of our commercial transportation insurance team, you will play a critical role in developing treaty structure designs that ensure effective coverage and optimal cost.

• Collaborate with brokers to design and implement reinsurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of reinsurance activities.
• Develop and maintain contract wording standards to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Administer reinsurance contracts and prepare proposals to meet client needs.
• Monitor treaty loss activity and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Lead reinsurance audits and provide technical guidance to team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in reinsurance, with a strong understanding of reinsurance guidelines and procedures.
• Associate in Reinsurance Program (ARE) certification preferred.
