Position Overview:

Store Coverage:
The number of stores under management will vary based on location and store capacity, typically ranging from 3 to 5 stores, with an average of 4 stores per territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    Develop robust selling relationships with store personnel and management. Consistently advocate for and showcase the brand and product advantages to store associates and customers, identifying competitive strengths and weaknesses.
  • Documentation:
    Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record sales interactions and store visits, while also gathering competitive intelligence.
  • Training:
    Facilitate product knowledge training sessions for both current and newly hired store associates, covering product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  • Service:
    Assist store associates with paint mixing and tinting as required, ensuring all products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  • Merchandising:
    Maintain promotional signage and merchandising displays, ensuring all materials are ordered and stocked appropriately.

Additional Duties:
Conduct annual growth planning for assigned stores to meet or exceed sales and profit objectives. Engage in ongoing communication with other sales representatives and participate in required training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform tasks that include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment as necessary.
