We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager II, Signals to join our team at Axon. As a key member of our Real-Time Operations (RTO) business, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap, driving innovation and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap for Real-Time Operations, identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for our users and their needs, working to deliver the best possible experience while balancing business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to understand customer needs and behaviors as well as business objectives, and transform that knowledge into product enhancements and new features.
  • Market Analysis: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of software product management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue, engagement, and customer delight.
  • Skills: Proven experience forging close relationships with customers and delivering on complex end-to-end solutions, ability to strategically execute within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and complex environment, critical thinking and analytical skills, and experience with video streaming and/or collaboration technologies.
