We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Carowinds. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, and removing dirty linen.
  • Supervise and direct housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report maintenance issues and complete deep cleans as assigned.
  • Collect and label lost and found items and respond to requests from team leaders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong judgment and a commitment to safety.
  • Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
