Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform Basic Bookkeeping Tasks: Process invoices, reconciliations, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable: Verify documents, research, file, and perform special projects as needed.
  • Maintain Office Supplies: Order and maintain adequate office supplies and request service as needed for office equipment.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with international shipments as needed.
  • Phone Support: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information to callers when needed.
  • Operate Standard Office Equipment: Use standard office equipment to complete tasks efficiently.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Solid Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and Proactivity: Demonstrate the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer proficiency to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Lifting Ability: Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

 

Working Conditions:

 This position is an inside job working 50% of the time in a climate-controlled environment and 50% of the time in a non-climate-controlled environment.

 

Salary:

 The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
