Purpose and Scope:

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our dialysis programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of dialysis nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in dialysis nursing, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
