Physical Therapist Position in Illinois with Competitive Pay

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Robinson, Illinois. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
This is a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week, paid on an hourly basis with tax-free stipends available. The weekly pay package is competitive, based on industry standards, and includes benefits such as holiday pay, sick pay, and a 401k retirement plan.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal outcomes. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations to identify patient goals and priorities
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct patient care, including exercises, modalities, and education
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve shared goals
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting patient progress
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Experience working in a physical therapy setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes
