Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and quality service. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, relevant clinical experience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care. This includes ensuring accurate completion of patient charts, implementing clinical protocols, and maintaining behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations. Additionally, the candidate will analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. They will also have the ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice. A Family Nurse Practitioner License or Physicians Assistant License is also required.
