About the Role:

  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Track and report program metrics to measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
  • Promote health initiatives and engage with staff to foster a culture of wellness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
