Job Summary

PAH Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation
    • Ensure guest rooms are clean and well-stocked with amenities
    • Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies
    • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
    • Sweep and dust guest rooms, including furniture and fixtures
    • Clean windows and balconies
  • Cart Management
    • Retrieve, stock, and restock housekeeping carts according to hotel procedures
  • Guest Services
    • Respond to guest requests and report any issues or complaints
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Communication
    • Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
    • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
