Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients before USCIS and EOIR offices, managing family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s, and providing legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers.

Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience practicing exclusively within U.S. family-based immigrant visas laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including proficiency in Spanish, are essential.
