Your primary objective will be to facilitate seamless communication across various departments to fulfill client requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion safety practices and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Advance business objectives through client-focused service methodologies.
- Enhance customer loyalty by proactively managing client experiences.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with clients through diverse interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client needs.
- Address escalated concerns related to client orders and quality issues.
- Evaluate and respond to internal/external grievances, ensuring effective communication of corrective measures.
- Initiate correspondence to promote client loyalty and drive sales growth.
- Investigate job statuses and efficiently manage product inquiries.
- Provide pricing, delivery details, process orders, and oversee client activities.
- Organize workflows effectively to meet client expectations.
- Compile and distribute reports on client activities as necessary.
- Assist sales team members and undertake additional tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively to maintain a Food Safe environment and uphold company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in client service roles.
- Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Recognized as a collaborative team player with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives efficiently.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and demonstrate technical expertise.
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in client service environments.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging sectors is advantageous.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for handling or feeling.
- Ability to talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision capabilities are necessary for this position.
The work environment includes continuous noise and exposure to machinery.
