About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Frito-Lay. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC electrical systems, reading schematics, and using electrical testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Install and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps
  • Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
  • Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose and repair electrical systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Ability to lift 15-50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
