Baptist Works is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN MICU to join their team in Montgomery, Alabama.

The RN position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the MICU setting, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Position Qualifications
Position requires successful passage of RN examination, a current AL nursing license, and 1 year of experience in the MICU setting. Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred. Additional specialty certification for assigned unit as applicable (PALS, ACLS, BLS and NIHSS.). Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety, and infection control standards. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Baptist Works Job ID #162-R. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
