Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Banker to join our team at JPMorganChase. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them and making them feel valued, while managing lobby traffic and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
  • Assist clients with everyday transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account updates, while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on the usage of technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, to complete their banking needs efficiently.
  • Support the branch team by assisting with new account openings and performing branch operations, including cash management and adherence to bank policies.
  • Build relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions, and introducing them to licensed bankers when additional opportunities arise.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
