Responsibilities:
  • Organize, develop, administer, and maintain the center's nursing service
  • Coordinate and participate in patient care services on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing service team in conjunction with the Center Director
  • Establish and maintain nursing philosophy and standards of care policies and procedures
  • Promote professionalism, collegiality, and ongoing staff development
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for clinical personnel
  • Oversee the hiring and retention of personnel
  • Conduct staff meetings to maintain two-way communication and provide a venue to evaluate staff issues and concerns
  • Contribute to ESCM Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Attend Board of Directors meetings
  • Maintain a cost-effective approach to supply and equipment management
  • Maintain cost-effective and efficient staffing plans for the delivery provision of high-quality safe patient care
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation agency requirements
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure
  • BSN or MSN degree
  • ACLS certification
  • 3 or more years of prior clinical management experience with a minimum 2 years in an ASC setting
Working Environment:
