Commercial HVAC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team at Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining HVAC system issues and recommended repairs to clients
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems to ensure efficient operation
- Install new HVAC units in commercial environments, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Respond to emergency work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and recommended services
- Operate company vehicles safely and maintain them according to company standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentice HVAC Technicians on industry best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant commercial HVAC experience
- EPA certification
- Excellent English communication skills to write reports and emails
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work safely and follow company policies, CALOSHA, and workplace guidelines
