We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with residents, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Process: Own the leasing process from introduction to move-in, including greeting guests, identifying their housing needs, touring the property, showing apartments, explaining lease criteria, determining eligibility, following up with prospects, closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting units to ensure a great move-in experience.
  • Renewal Process: Own the renewal process from move-in through renewal, including providing ongoing communication, excellent resident relations, and timely processing of renewals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase qualified property traffic and closing ratios.
  • Unit Inspections: Inspect units for market readiness prior to showing and move-in, and resolve any issues with the appropriate parties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Demonstrate strong attention to detail when preparing lease documents, resident files, applications for approval, security deposits, rent payments, and other bookkeeping tasks.
  • Resident Relations: Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of resident functions, and maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • NALP certification preferred but not required.
  • Compelling communicator with strong negotiating, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment with a proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on others' ideas, giving due appreciation, and bringing out the best in others.
