Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with morning routines, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support with school preparations, including homework and educational activities
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the client
  • Provide transportation and escort services as needed
  • Conduct light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Engage in daily activities with the client, promoting socialization and companionship
  • Monitor and report the client's condition to ensure their well-being
  • Utilize a mobile application to track client information and communicate with the care team

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to foster a sense of dignity and respect for the client, while also being adaptable and responsive to their needs. A strong ability to learn and follow instructions is essential, as well as a willingness to engage with the client and promote their independence.

Working Hours:

The projected schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with possible weekend shifts. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
