Aerotek is seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining and keeping the area clean and orderly
  • Performing routine maintenance functions to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and emptying trash
  • Ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and free from hazards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Responding to facility-related issues and concerns
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Providing excellent customer service to our employees and clients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
