In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement programs that promote the independence and quality of life for the individuals we support. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety and well-being for the individuals we support.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of managerial experience, preferably in the developmentally disabled population. A valid New York State Driver's License and Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) certification are also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $24.00 - $25.50/hour (after probation) + Industry-Leading Benefits for all full-time employees.

  • Managerial experience in the developmentally disabled population.
  • Valid New York State Driver's License and AMAP certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
