Key Responsibilities- Direct and supervise field personnel to ensure project plans are executed in accordance with supervisory principles and industry standards.
- Communicate project progress and any issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis, providing timely and accurate updates.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, team members, subcontractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Assist in developing and implementing construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Ensure safety compliance and quality management on site, conducting regular inspections and audits as needed.
- Manage subcontractors and site pre-construction activities, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Attend and chair various meetings related to project management, providing leadership and guidance to team members.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of key activities, including daily reports and logs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field, and 8 to 12 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Applicable area licenses and certifications, such as OSHA certification.
- Excellent team development and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage change and adapt to new processes and technologies.

The job may involve sitting for long periods, standing, walking, and site visits. Specific vision abilities are required. The work environment includes both office settings and job site activities.
