Position Overview:
A Dining Service Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding Guest Service by proactively addressing Guest needs, offering tailored recommendations from the menu, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Level One:

    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
    • Provide tailored recommendations for menu items and beverages while showcasing the ability to enhance sales.
    • Execute the ordering process efficiently, from the initial greeting to the presentation of the check, in alignment with the established service sequence and timing standards.
    • Comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
    • Deliver Guest Service using a tray to transport well-presented food items and drinks.
    • Anticipate Guest needs, including the replenishment of beverages and condiments.
    • Maintain an accurate cash bank and perform cashier duties as required, adhering to all cash handling protocols.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service station throughout the shift.
    • Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing side work tasks.

Qualifications:
Type: Qualification
Experience: Must be at least 18 years old, in compliance with all State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume serving environment is strongly preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
